Dolby Laboratories and Hisense recently announced the rollout of Dolby Vision 2, starting with select Hisense television models after it was introduced back in September last year. The updated format is designed to work with both existing Dolby Vision content and newly authored titles spanning movies, television shows, video games, and live sports broadcasts. Major streaming platforms, including CANAL+, iQIYI, and Peacock, have committed to utilizing the expanded feature set of Dolby Vision 2 for future release slates.
