After leading Ferris State to a Division II national championship in the 2024 season, Chambliss transferred to Ole Miss. After former defensive coordinator Pete Golding took over as Ole Miss head coach following Kiffin's departure, Chambliss will try to show that he can still be effective while playing under a new regime.
