A 12-year-old has been identified as the victim after human remains were found in Athabasca. Athabasca RCMP responded to a report of found human remains on Aug. 6 at 3:26 a.m., Alberta RCMP said in a news release Sunday (Aug. 9). An autopsy was completed at the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Edmonton on Aug. 7. The victim was identified as Fiasal Hussein, a 12-year-old Edmonton resident.
