Washington, Indiana - David Michael Bateman, 64, of Washington, Indiana, died Saturday, August 8, 2026, at Deaconess Memorial Medical Center in Jasper, Indiana. He was preceded in death by his father, James Lester Bateman. Survivors include his mother, Sally Louise Meyers Bateman of Lanesville, Indiana; his sister, Angela Walker (Michael) of Worthington, Indiana; and his half-brother, Gregory Sinclair of Lanesville.
