Elliott Hill continues to remodel his inner circle as another senior leadership hire is planning a quick exit.
Nike, Inc. reported in a regulatory filing that Johanna Nielsen, the company’s VP, chief accounting officer and corporate controller, will resign from her role, effective September 4, to pursue another opportunity.
Nike noted that her resignation is not the result of any disagreement with the company relating to its operations, policies or practices.
As of September 4, David Denton, the company’s newly-appointed EVP and CFO, effective August 17, will also assume the role of Interim Corporate Controller and be designated as the company’s Principal Accounting Officer until the company’s Board of Directors appoints a successor corporate controller.
Nielsen joined Nike in March 2917 as senior director, finance, strategy & operations.
