Derek Hill walked it off in the 12th inning for the Phillies.
He struck out as a pinch-hitter in the eighth inning with Alec Bohm on second following a double and flew out to right field with Brandon Marsh on second and Bohm on third.
His third at-bat in the 12th came with the bases loaded and one out thanks to a decision from Blue Jays manager John Schneider.
With runners at first and third with one out, Schneider intentionally walked Bohm to load the bases.
But in the 12th inning, Schneider held up four fingers as Bohm walked up to the plate.
