Jimmy MacKellar recently participated in Largo Arts Week, an annual event which celebrates the work of artists from across the Fife parish of Largo and beyond. In the festival’s first iteration, he had the honour of being asked to run an art competition. “But I took up drawing and painting and went to hundreds of classes at Glasgow School of Art and here. “I joined various studios and now I’m up at three studios a week doing mostly life drawing.”
