Teddy Bridgewater is "officially" retiring from the NFL. This wheel of mine can no longer deal with something so simple as standing around on the turf field. That Bridgewater said "this time it's official" is notable since he also retired after the 2023 NFL season and became a head coach at his alma mater Miami Northwestern high school. Bridgewater then backed up Baker Mayfield on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers last season before returning to Detroit this offseason to presumably back up Jared Goff. 32 overall pick of the 2014 NFL draft and was a Pro Bowler in his second season with the Minnesota Vikings.
