Bobby Spall pleaded guilty to criminal damage after being caught on CCTV throwing the brick, Suffolk Magistrates’ Court heard. He was captured picking the fallen brick up and throwing it a second time on June 4 earlier this year. Speaking in his own defence, Spall said that he was "pissed off" at the occupant, who he believed had wronged him. The cost of repairing the window was said to be £250.80, which Spall was ordered to pay back to Ipswich Borough Council in compensation. The 36-year-old Spall, of Bunting Road, Ipswich, was also ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £56 surcharge.
