According to West Midlands Police, the force's Neighbourhood Crime Team were called to reports that a woman had been spotted in a store on Dudley High Street, just before 9.30am this morning (Tuesday, August 11), who was wanted for committing shop thefts earlier this month. Officers had been investigating multiple reports of shop theft from a store on High Street, Stourbridge, on August 3, 4, and 6, where hundreds of pounds worth of items were taken from the shelves. A 37-year-old woman was subsequently arrested on suspicion of three counts of theft. She remains in custody for questioning.
