Fulford Parish Council has received a £1,000 donation through Persimmon’s Community Champions initiative, which supports charities, schools, sports clubs, and community groups. The funds will go towards improvements to Fulford Social Hall in School Lane. Juliet Koprowska, Chair of Fulford Parish Council, said: “The Parish Council was delighted to accept this donation from Persimmon. The funds will go towards for improvements to the Social Hall, a valuable community venue which the Parish Council is gradually upgrading." “With our Germany Beck development in Fulford, we work closely with Fulford Parish Council, and so it’s great to be able to help support their work in the community."
