ADHD advocate and motivational speaker Ryan Swain will launch his national tour, You, Me & ADHD, at Hamilton Panthers FC at York Racecourse on Monday, August 17. The talk, which starts at 6pm, will draw on Mr Swain’s personal experience of growing up and living with ADHD. Mr Swain said: "I want people to understand ADHD beyond a list of symptoms. "When we change understanding, we change how children and adults are treated. "Football was a huge part of my childhood, but growing up with undiagnosed ADHD could make it incredibly frustrating.
