The gathering outside the station in Alençon Link took place at around 11am on Saturday, August 8. A police community support officer attended the scene and spoke with demonstrators who had 'pro-life' banners. The slogan is associated with opposition to abortion, with campaigners arguing that unborn children should have a right to life. A spokesperson from Hampshire Police said: "A PCSO from the local Neighbourhood Policing Team spoke with those present and confirmed all was in order.
