The Netherlands-based BARE Cookware, which last year launched Bare Dutch Oven, believes this and has designed the Everpan, a non-stick pan that’s made from nothing but metal. Its 3-ply stainless steel body with a plasma titanium cooking surface offers durable non-stick quality without chemical coating. The BARE Cookware Everpan takes away the maintenance hassle that usually comes with non-stick cookware, whether enameled or cast iron. Its titanium cooking surface is four times harder than stainless steel. The pan works like any other stainless steel pan to gain its non-stick property on cue: a preheat and a little oil.
