"To allow access to the loading door, amendments and relocation of existing parking spaces is required. Internal alterations include introducing a mezzanine floor and for all levels to be filled with small storage unit pods, which would have a minimal impact on the existing building. A storage platform lift would be installed by the access door, with staircases at either end of the space for access and fire escape purposes.
