North East business centre gets facelift after shopfront improvement grant

Rede House Business Space, located on Corporation Road in Middlesbrough town centre, received a £2,000 shopfront improvement grant from Middlesbrough Council’s scheme, which was set up by Mayor Chris Cooke.
Lisa Devanny, co-director of Rede House Business Space, said: "It enabled us to the give the whole front a complete makeover, with a black theme and new signage.
The grant scheme aims to help businesses refresh their buildings to attract more customers, and has already supported a range of premises including hair and beauty salons, bars and restaurants.
Mayor Chris Cooke said: "It was great to see the results at Rede House.
Rede House Business Space is looking to attract tenants for a range of uses including short-term leases, office space, hot desking and daily room hire.
