Ryan Hayes, founder of Chain House Brewing, has been making beer since the age of 18, having started in his garage. The company now operates its own brewery and bar in Market Street and supplies pubs across the region. Following the building owner's decision to retire, the opportunity arose to purchase the building that houses the brewery.
