The scheme, delivered by Beyond Housing, has revitalised the Church Lane North estate in Grangetown, Greater Eston and improved 318 homes through major refurbishment, layout changes, and upgraded facilities. Church Lane North residents enjoy the celebration event. A new central open space was also created to encourage socialising and outdoor activities. Ben Briggs, Beyond Housing Regeneration Manager, said: "Church Lane North is our flagship regeneration scheme which has seen over £16m of much needed investment brought to this community. The celebration also gave residents a chance to start using the new open space, which is designed to promote community interaction and outdoor recreation.
