Emergency services were called out to Thurston Manor Holiday Park, near Innerwick. Police investigations are ongoing into the incident and a spokesperson for Police Scotland said: “Around 12.25am on Sunday, August 9, we received a report of man assaulted at a premises in the Innerwick area. "Emergency services attended and the 21-year-old man was taken to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh for treatment. “Enquires are ongoing to establish the full circumstances.” Verdant Leisure, which operates Thurston Manor, has been approached for comment.
