The incidents and arrest happened on Friday in the Lodge Grounds, North Berwick. He is due to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court at a later date. A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “A 76-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with three sexual assaults which happened on Friday August 7, in the Lodge Grounds area of North Berwick. “He is due to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court at a later date.”
