Katherine Matthews, home manager at Care UK’s Perry Manor, has spent a decade leading the Worcester care home on Charles Hastings Way. She also won the British Journal of Nursing silver award for mental health nursing in 2026. Perry Manor was rated ‘outstanding’ by the CQC in 2018 under her leadership. Ms Matthews said: "I’m honoured to have received 10 awards but even more honoured to have led the Perry Manor team for 10 incredible years. "Her long list of awards is a testament to the level of commitment and attention she brings to everything she does at Perry Manor."
