A new Minneapolis relocation plan for Heritage Park would help some residents move, but it leaves out 128 households in public housing.
The city released the policy Monday after weeks of anticipation over conditions at Heritage Park Apartments, which have been described as moldy and unsafe.
Minneapolis Community Planning and Economic Development (CPED) Director Erik Hansen told a Minneapolis City Council committee that 211 units are still occupied.
