The retrospective application seeks permission for a standalone office pod used for purchasing vehicles, together with five parking spaces where purchased cars are temporarily stored. The pod is located within the grounds of the club on Chatburn Road. Following that decision, the pod was moved to the Homebase site in Clitheroe before returning to the cricket club in February 2025 after the store closed. A planning statement submitted on behalf of the club says council officers identified the visual impact of the pod as their main concern.
