Dacombes of Wimborne, based on Leigh Road, took home three awards at the 2026 IER Awards, including Best Overall Independent Retailer Focused on Sustainability. The IER Awards are one of the UK electrical retail industry’s leading awards programmes, honouring everything from exceptional products and business pioneers to high street heroes and customer service champions. Dacombes was also named Best Independent Retailer Focused on Sustainability – Consumer Electronics and Best Large Independent Retailer – Consumer Electronics.
