Parents in the Anoka-Hennepin School District fighting to get a referendum on the November ballot are appealing a judge’s ruling denying their petition. In June, Parents for Good collected more than 3,000 signatures to force a ballot and stop school cuts. Together, we have learned, built relationships, spoken up, brought our neighbors into this work, and kept showing up for one another. The school district said they are not providing a comment at this time.
