Parents in the Anoka-Hennepin School District fighting to get a referendum on the November ballot are appealing a judge’s ruling denying their petition.
In June, Parents for Good collected more than 3,000 signatures to force a ballot and stop school cuts.

The school district said they are not providing a comment at this time.
