A suspect has appeared in court accused of murdering a man outside his own home. Court papers state Potter – who lives in the flats – stabbed Mr McMinigal on the body with a knife or similar instrument. The charge goes on to say that Potter had previous ill will towards Mr McMinigal. Potter made no plea during a short private hearing at Glasgow Sheriff Court. Mr McMinigal was found at the building seriously injured and pronounced dead at the scene.
