Bishop Ian Bishop led a service of prayer for Thetford at St Cuthbert's Church in the town centre at 6.30pm on Sunday August 9. In an earlier statement, Bishop Ian said: “I was saddened to see the scenes of unrest and intimidation on the streets of Thetford. “I would simply ask everyone to join with me in praying for the peace and prosperity of Thetford and especially for those now living in fear,” said Bishop Ian.
