Of the three, the Phillies are probably the safe bet to hang on. It obviously helps to have Zack Wheeler, Cristopher Sánchez and Jesús Luzardo sharing a rotation, and there's hope for the offense, too. Bryce Harper has also been warm with a 1.045 OPS over his last 15 games. And Trea Turner is finally showing up, with his last 23 games yielding a .911 OPS. And the Padres, especially, can hope for further helium.
