Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council has issued a consolidation order covering all on- and off-street parking. The order came into effect on August 10 and all previous permanent orders relating to parking regulation, on-street parking places and off-street parking places on roads and car parks for which the Council are the Highway Authority shall be revoked and re-introduced insofar as they relate to the restrictions and items shown on the Map Schedules. The provisions of the Orders are reproduced without addition or amendment to the schedules, and the preamble to the schedules has been amended to clarify the requirements of the provisions within the schedules. From August 7, a copy of this Notice and a copy of the Order may be inspected on the highway consultation page on BCP Councils’ website. If you wish to question the validity of the Order, you may within six weeks from August 7 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
