ONAMIA — A 60-year-old Buffalo woman was injured Friday, Aug. 7, in a two-vehicle collision on Highway 169 in Mille Lacs County. The Minnesota State Patrol responded to the crash at 11:30 a.m. in Kathio Township, north of Onamia. ADVERTISEMENTA passenger in the Mazda, Beth Elaine Nelson, suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to Mille Lacs Health Systems Hospital in Onamia. The State Patrol reported the road was dry at the time of the crash. The Mille Lacs Tribal Police Department and Minnesota Department of Natural Resources assisted at the scene.
