Caister Parish Council has formed a working group of five councillors to develop plans for the old youth club site on Yarmouth Road, which has stood empty for around 10 years. Kevin Wood, chairman of Caister Parish Council, said: "There are no plans to build on the site at the moment. The site of the former youth centre on Yarmouth Road in Caister.
