Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls gets new PC patch as game launch goes badly

The company is apparently backtracking on PC ports entirely for single-player games, due to low sales, but it’s still planning to release PC versions of multiplayer titles like Marathon and the recently launched Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls, to boost player counts.
The issues on PC sparked prominent fighting game YouTuber Maximilian Dood to abandon the PC version on stream, over the weekend, citing problems with stuttering.
On Monday, however, Arc System Works announced an update for the PC version.
According to SteamDB, Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls has hit a concurrent all-time player peak of 24,498.
