BRAINERD — A new policy aims to create clarity and consistency for those who lease spots in Brainerd’s public parking lots downtown.
ADVERTISEMENTThe city leases spots in four parking lots downtown:The Laurel Street lot adjacent to City Hall.
Parking spots are leased on a first-come, first-served, month-to-month basis.
Use of leased parking spaces will be prioritized as follows:City operations / temporary City Council approved events.
