A CRASH has blocked a major road linking York to East Yorkshire this morning (Tuesday, August 11). The A1079 is running very slowly in both directions following the incident which happened in Giant Bradley Way in Market Weighton. The crash was reported just after 6am and a build-up of traffic on the A1079 is reported in both directions between the roundabout for the A1034 to South Cave and the A63, and the roundabout for the Holme Road.
