A planning application has been approved by Chorley Council for the change of use of the former clothes shop, Temptation, at 11 Chapel Street. The plans, submitted by Harry Gregory, sought permission to convert the site from a shop into a mixed-use café and bar, with the venue to operate as a café by day and a bar by night. On the ground floor, a seven-metre bar and rear counter will be installed, along with a beer cellar and storage area. Chorley Council approved the application but imposed a restriction on opening hours. The café and bar will be required to operate in accordance with the approved plans and any additional conditions set by the council.
