Rainwater is pouring into the common stairwell above my property and runs down the stairs during heavy rainfall.

She added: "River Clyde Homes say they can't do that.
A River Clyde Homes spokesperson said: "As the property factor for the block, we have a responsibility to work with owners to address what are significant repairs.
