Ford has revealed that its upcoming electric pickup will be called the Fathom. The Ford Fathom will be a midsize fully electric pickup, so we can probably expect it to be the same size as the Ranger (shown below). The carmaker also said that the Fathom will be the first vehicle produced under its new Universal Electric Vehicle Platform. Pre-orders begin early 2027, when we assume Ford will reveal the pickup truck’s appearance to the public. What do you think of fully electric pickup trucks?
