Customers shared memories of family meals, special occasions and regular Sunday lunches at the restaurant, describing Nautico's as a place that had become part of the local community. Many customers said they would be sad to see the restaurant close but said the owners should be proud of how far they had come. In their announcement, the owners thanked staff and customers for their support over the last three-and-a-half years, saying they had made friends for life and would cherish the memories created at the restaurant.
