Missouri State University President Richard B. Williams received a positive evaluation from the Board of Governors following his second year in office. “President Williams has shown exceptional leadership and vision for Missouri State University,” said Board Chair Melissa Gourley. A primary focus of Williams’ second year was enacting Igniting Opportunities: The Strategic Plan for Missouri State University and securing reaffirmation of the university’s accreditation. Missouri State also achieved significant accreditation milestones on both campuses. There is a lot of excitement and momentum building behind Missouri State.
