An Aberdeen teacher is facing disciplinary action after he messaged several students and even asked one out for a drink. According to the case, the teacher suggested meeting Pupil A outside of school between October 2021 and September 2022. The teacher sent the female student messages calling her beautiful and funny, referencing photos she had posted to social media. Between January 2022 and April 2023, the teacher sent messages to Pupil B that were unrelated to school which included praise and encouragement. Finally, between November 2022 and April 2023, the teacher sent messages to Pupil C, outside of school hours, made jokes and continued to message the pupil when they failed to respond.
