Taking a responsible AI approachKaren Blake, a Technology Workforce Strategist, believes meanwhile that taking a Responsible AI-based tack is a vital consideration too.
It's also about ensuring there's strong ethical guidance, for instance, people disclosing when they're using AI and being transparent on how it's formed part of their thinking.
To avoid this situation, Blake recommends that employers are clear in explaining what their AI systems do as well as how and why they intend to use them.
