Omoda Jaecoo Malaysia (OJMY) has opened the order books for the Omoda C7 PHEV ahead of its expected Malaysian release in Q4 this year. The new model is set to become OJMY’s 3rd PHEV offering after J7 PHEV and C9 PHEV. OJMY has also revealed that the estimated price tag for the C7 PHEV is RM180,000 – thus, positioning the new model between the Jaecoo J7 PHEV and Omoda C9 PHEV. Omoda C7 PHEV Quick SpecsLike other PHEVs in OJMY’s stable, the Omoda C7 PHEV is powered by a Super Hybrid System (SHS) powertrain. However, the Malaysia-spec C7 PHEV is fitted with 20-inch wheels instead of 19-inch as per the petrol variant of the C7.
