Pendine Park in Wrexham welcomed Natasha Borton, the newly appointed River Dee Writer in Residence, for the first workshop of her literary residency. Ms Borton said: "We will be engaging with local communities living all along the entire stretch of each river. During her visit, Ms Borton shared her research into the River Dee, including its links to Ancient Celtic mythology and its historical personification as the goddess Aerfen.
