'I could kill someone'Ms George began working at NCIC as a supernumerary nurse on December 20, 2021.
After discovering a patient had died on June 20, 2022, Ms George loudly stated: "It's my observation that the patient in bed five is dead."
Ms George was also found to have incorrectly told a patient she was administering Laxido for 'urine clearing', when the medicine is a laxative.
Given another chanceFollowing the original hearing, NCIC said its deputy chief nurse had referred Ms George to the NMC after concerns were raised about her competence to practise.
A trust spokesperson said at the time: "The nurse had been fully supported by the Trust to improve her practice but unfortunately failed to respond.
