(Bloomberg) -- GO Residential Real Estate Investment Trust, backed by a group of investors including Blackstone Inc., has agreed to buy H&R Real Estate Investment Trust in a cash and unit deal valuing the equity of the Canadian owner of apartment buildings at C$3.4 billion ($2.44 billion).
