We do not waste food but there will always be some food waste, chicken bones, meat fat and if you have children, the almost inevitable waste that will occasionally occur. The bins are hygienic and if used properly prevent flies and other insects feasting on any food waste you might have. And the waste is utilised and not sent to landfill.
