UPDATE (3:26 P.M.) – Two arrests have been made in connection with the reported gunshots near Skyline Drive and Flormann Street.
– Rapid City police are investigating reports of gunshots fired from Skyline Drive early Sunday morning.
Surveillance footage from the area of the Stonewall Overlook, which is near the intersection of Skyline Drive and Flormann Street, showed two individuals firing a handgun westward, directly toward the residential neighborhoods of west Rapid City.
However, given that the area towards the west overlooks a wide area of west Rapid City, police say bullets could have landed anywhere.
