Blind models take center stage at nonprofit's groundbreaking fashion show

The Beautiful Lives Project works to create immersive opportunities for people with disabilities through events such as its groundbreaking fashion show, which was recently held in Oak Brook.

“It will start a new trend for young women, older women, anyone who has a disability," she said.
“I think it is just such a beautiful idea, a beautiful message,” Holtzman said.
“I want the viewers and the listeners to know that they can impact someone's life on a daily basis,” Weiler said.
