Man arrested after $12K sports card theft at Rosemont convention

An Illinois man was arrested for contributing to the delinquency of a minor after a $12,000 sports card was stolen at a convention in suburban Rosemont, authorities said.
WATCH HERE WATCH HEREThe Rosemont Public Safety Department said it responded to the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center for the reported theft of a sports trading card at the National Sports Collectors Convention.
According to police, a video of the incident circulated on social media, showing a man and a juvenile allegedly involved in the theft.
Through the use of village-owned security cameras, Flock cameras and license plate reader technology, investigators identified Moretti.
Police said detectives recovered the stolen sports card, and arrangements were being made to return it to its owner.
