Eric Anders was arrested in an undercover operation led by the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff's Office. Anders' arrest warrant says that, on May 13, investigators created a social media account for an 18-year-old man due to the platform's age requirements. Anders then began communicating with the undercover account. On July 30, Anders again sent lewd photographs to the undercover account he believed was a teenager.
